Cover Your A** (And don't be stupid) I was recently called up for Jury Duty by the Dallas County court system (for the first time in my life).  Though I cringed when they called my name as a selected juror, it did teach me about and remind me of a lot of very important things

Failed SSIS Packages From SQL Agent

So a really weird thing happened this weekend. Our infrastructure group did the Windows updates like they normally do and suddenly on Monday one of our active/active/active clusters (which means they are named instances) jobs started failing only for SSIS Packages in the SSIS Catalog with error 0x80131904 and "A network-related or instance specific error
